# Privacy notice

paqu.io is a one-page site for the studio behind form0 and reform. It has no accounts, no forms, and collects as little as we can manage.

## What we collect

Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type. The site has no sign-up, no contact form and no comments. The only data processed is the aggregate traffic measurement described below, plus the technical request data your browser sends to our web server and which appears in standard server logs.

## Analytics

We use Umami to count page views and see which pages people read. Umami does not set cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites. It derives a daily, non-reversible identifier from your IP address and browser details so it can tell one visit from another; the raw IP address is not stored.

The analytics script is only loaded after you accept the analytics category in the cookie banner. If you reject it, or ignore the banner, the script is never loaded and no measurement takes place. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

## Cookies and local storage

The site stores the following on your device. None of it is used for advertising and none of it is shared:

## Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or share your data. Umami is the single third party involved; it acts as our processor and hosts the analytics data in the European Union. Some pages link out to form0.dev, reformapp.io and other sites, which apply their own privacy terms once you follow the link.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Because the analytics data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual, we usually cannot identify your records, but write to us and we will explain what is possible.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

## Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how analytics work will also reset the cookie banner so you can make a fresh choice.
